The design of Kennyville: The Trip to Bangkok

heyz ppl!!!

I am back muahahaha ^-^ Bangkok its COOL!!!! its a shopping paradise and its an eating paradise too . My 1st stop was china town . "China Town Hotel" is a 3 or 4 star hotel i guess . The furnitures and beds r a lil old but everything is kept very very clean . Besides that , the ppl working in the hotel r also very very nice and good mannerd 2 ^-^ . After placing all the luggage in the hotel , we head 2 "Chatuchat" . This place is a weekend market . Besides that , i guess is the largest market in the world?? . Theres like about 8000 stores??? OMG . After bout 3 to 4 hours walking around aimlessly at an extremely hot and stuffy place , we finnaly head bak to the hotel . It wus cool got sum cool accesories and t - shirts . Oh and yeah dinner on the 1st nite wus great . The "TOM YAM" , is the best "TOM YAM" i tasted in my life lolx . Besides that , the sweet and sour fish and the vegetable also taste diff from the ordinary local food .

After dinner , head to "SUAN LUM" . Theres a quite long straight road filled with stores . There is nuttin much there . Is practiccaly like "Petaling Sreet" . But , after 3/4 of your journey on the road filled with stores , there is a link to a road called "Phan Poong" . This road is filled woth stores + BARS . This "Bars" issnt any ordinary bar . They hav a large stage filled with gals in bikini doing pole dancing . Well some ppl must be wanderin how the hell i know whats in those bars . Well , the doors of the bars were all widely open . U can see 1/4 of the gals dancing inside and infront of the bars , r manee ppl trying to get u into the bars . Anywayz , after walking almost 3/4 of "Suan Lum" and "Phan Poong" we decided to head bak to the hotel and sleep ^-^ .

2nd day , woke up early morn for breakfast . After breakfast , headed to MBK . Its a huge shoppin mall at "Pha Tu Nham" . Just a lil while after we conquerd the 1st and 2nd floor , we had to hurry and rush bak to the hotel . According to my dad , theres a tour guide waiting at the hotel to bring us around all the tourist areas . The 1st place we were brought to is the temple . Well everything looks like a normal Buddhist temple except they hav an extremely huge carving of the "Buddha" . Anywayz , our next stop wus a shopping area for leather goods . After browsing thru the area , we then headed to the gem complex . "WOW" this place is way pass cool . It has lots of colourful looking rocks . They sell rings , necklace , etc etc . We took bout 1 to 2 hours theres looking for a perfect ring for my mum . After we got the ring , we headed to "WTC" . Its a shopping mall similar to "Time Square" Malaysia .

After walking around "WTC" and having lunch , we headed bak to the hotel . We were all drain out , so we had a nap till dinner . At around 8 o clock , we got up and walk around "China Town" looking for food . "China town" is a food paradise . But the wierd thing is , almost all the stores open with onli 4 to 5 tables and onli 1 or 2 tables r taken by ppl . Besides that , most of the time all the tables r empty =S . After walking the streets of "China Town" we finnaly decided to stop be a decend looking Chicken rice store . The Chicken rice in Thai and here has not much diff , except the chilly . The chilly is extra spicy and the taste of it its just great . After dinner , we headed to "Si Lom" . This place is a nite market . There is about 2000 ++ stores . Its a really beautiful nite market . Its in between lots of luxuries restorans . Besides that , the setting of the area is just great . After shopping for lots of stuff , we then headed bak to the hotel .

3rd day , woke up and had breakfast again . once again , the tour guide brought us around . 1st stop , is a jeti beside the river . We were lead into a lil boat and we toured the river till we reach a temple . This temple is really beautiful . The carvings r extremely detail and nice . After taking a few pics and buying sum stuff from the shops around the temple , we then headed bak to the gem store . My mum got to resize the ring cose it wus a lil loose . After that , we headed to "MBK" again . This time , we conqued almost the whole shoppin mall lolx . After lunch , we then headed to "Bonanza mall" its a really small centre . Example "Atria" . its a shopping paradise for gals cose almost 3/4 of the stores there sell imitated womens goods . Anyway , my mum just browse thru the place without buying anything . After that , we headed bak to the hotel . Me and my mum decided to go "Si Lom" again cose the last time we didnt get to conquer the whole thing =Pp .

Last day , woke up in the morn , had breakfast . After that , we headed to the markets around "China town" . After walking 1/4 of the market , is time to head bak to the hotel . The transport to the airport wus already at the hotel waiting for us ( = - = " ) . So we quickly headed bak to the hotel . We pack our things in a hurry and quickly headed to the van . After that , is "Bye-Bye" to bangkok .
