Dasien Academy of Art was founded in 1996 with a vision to provide top quality art & design education .

The word "Dasein" has its origins in German language . Definations of this word include "existence" , "entity" and "subsistence" . It is a term commonly used in philosophy , literature as well as art .

Acoording to ther word "Dasein", everyone is unique and creative in thier own right. And our unique existence is not only an entity but a project , not something that has being but something that is forever becoming . That gives us enormous freedom and great responsibility to decide who we truly are and what we actually want to be .

In a crowded environment of mass produced qualifications , Dasein Academy of Art intends to build its reputation with the concept of providing education solutions for individuals and not a "learning formula" designed for all .

Dasein believes that the real education fo art and design is not about training skill only . The more important thing is the cultivation of creative thingking . An outstanding creative artist should be able to use both his/her hands and brain . From ideology to morality , from knowledge to technique , he/she should have the standard of a professional .

In Dasien , you will find the essence of art and design , you will be awaken and discover the defination of your "dasein".
